How We Can Help You
At Touch of Care, we offer a wide range of personalized services designed to help you or your loved ones stay safe and independent at home. Our services are accessible through Medicaid, VA benefits, Private Pay, and Private Insurance. Whether you need assistance with daily living activities, specialized care for Alzheimer’s or dementia, or comprehensive in-home support, our compassionate caregivers are dedicated to meeting your unique needs. We focus on delivering tailored care that ensures comfort, independence, and peace of mind for both clients and their families.
Our Homemaker Services are designed to maintain a healthy and safe home environment when the person typically responsible is unable to do so. We assist with routine household tasks such as:
- •Light housecleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
- •Meal preparation and dishwashing
- •Bed making and laundry
- •Grocery shopping
These services help ensure that your home remains a comfortable and safe space. We also offer training to help you learn these skills if you’re capable, promoting greater independence.
Our Personal Care services are designed to assist with daily tasks that you may no longer be able to perform independently. These services include support with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, mobility, toileting, and respiratory care. We also offer help with activities like grocery shopping and attending appointments, ensuring you receive the care you need throughout your day.
Our 24-Hour Care service ensures that you or your loved one receives continuous, round-the-clock support. This service is ideal for individuals who need consistent care throughout the day and night, providing peace of mind for families. Our dedicated caregivers work in shifts to offer assistance with daily activities, personal care, medication management, and any urgent needs that may arise, ensuring that help is always available whenever it’s needed. This comprehensive care allows clients to remain safely in their own homes while receiving the highest level of care and attention.
Our Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care services are designed to provide specialized support for individuals living with memory-related conditions. We understand the unique challenges that come with Alzheimer’s and dementia, and our caregivers are trained to offer compassionate, patient-centered care that helps maintain a sense of routine and familiarity. Services include assistance with daily activities, safety supervision, and engaging activities tailored to the individual’s cognitive abilities. Our goal is to enhance quality of life and provide peace of mind to families by ensuring that their loved ones receive attentive, respectful care in a safe and supportive environment.
The Home and Community-Based Supported Living Services (HCBS-SLS) waiver offers essential services and supports for adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, allowing them to live independently in their homes and communities. This waiver, part of Health First Colorado, promotes individual choice through personalized planning and aims to supplement existing supports. Eligible individuals manage their living arrangements and receive tailored services without requiring continuous 24-hour supervision. Available services include Assistive Technology, Behavioral Services, Day Habilitation, Personal Care, and more. Eligibility depends on financial and program criteria.
Transition Services assist Health First Colorado members who are moving from an institutional setting back to their homes or communities. These services include support in planning the transition, securing housing, and setting up necessary care arrangements. The program provides a range of services, such as home modifications, assistive technology, and personal support, to ensure a smooth and successful transition to independent living. This initiative is part of Colorado’s commitment to empowering individuals to live independently with the necessary supports.
